We have a position that has become available for a BAA on our Sports team working across our Athleisure and Streetwear Brands.
This role will require the successful applicant to be based 2-3 days per week from either our London or our Bathgate office.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisation skills, great communication skills, including excellent written English, spelling and a good level of numeracy skills.
Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy is essential. You will be super organised and have the ability to work well under pressure alongside being a team player, yet have the ability to work on your own initiative in a fast paced environment.
Keyboard skills and good knowledge of Excel is also required and lastly, of course, a commercial understanding of the high street and passion for shoes
This is an administrative role and the main aspects of which include:
- Update and maintain accurate manual and computerised records
- Input orders onto the schuh system
- Action any order amendments under the direction of the Buying team
- Process order confirmations
- Work with the Buying team to ensure deliveries are running on time
- Liaising with other Head Office departments when required
- Produce, maintain and collate reporting information. Will demonstrate basic understanding of Trade and Monday reporting
- Demonstrate trend awareness and show understanding of competition
